Downloaded ebooks and instant download items do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
RETURNS
Our returns period lasts for 14 days after you receive any item. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the RMA provided. Mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will process your refund within seven business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in reasonable condition. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
